Working Sm@rt with GroupWise®

This program is designed to increase the productivity of your employees using GroupWise®.

This training will help you enhance personal and team productivity and performance, whilst giving you more control over activities and information.  By providing immediate access to key business information you will improve your decision-making.

Phase 1 (7.5 hour workshop)

During this workshop, you will learn to:

  • Minimize the time and efficiency lost when using GroupWise®
  • Apply the principles of the Priority Management® method
  • Effectively manage one's communications and interruptions
  • Develop quick links amongst the various tools inside GroupWise®
  • Plan following up with clients, e-mail, appointments, and daily activities
  • Staying in control while accessing GroupWise® occasionally

Each participant works on a designated computer and receives a user manual containing all the exercises done during the workshop.

Phase 2 (1.5 hour coaching session)

An expert helps you personalize the method so that it is perfectly adapted to your reality. This coaching session is done at your desk or by phone.

Phase 3 (3.5 hour workshop)

This third phase's goal is to help you apply the method using GroupWise® in a team environment.

The following topics will be covered:

  • Focus on results
  • Plan and achieve short and long term goals
  • Conceive projects efficiently
  • Perform effectively through result-producing activities
  • Overcome barriers to success!
