Priorites.net provides tailored training, which generally take place at the client's offices. In case you don't have the necessary installations, we will work with you to find an alternative.
Here is the procedure for tailored training:
- one of our team members collects data in order to have a better understanding of your needs and challenges
- our training sessions are adapted according to the results of the data collection
- we call upon our most experienced trainer to train your team
- in most cases, follow-up sessions/discussions take place 2-3 weeks after the training to ensure the methods are being used and sinking in.
Tailored training can take the shape of:
- Individual coaching (specifically created for top management)
- Training express sessions (several 2-hour work periods)
- Mini-conferences (2-hour sessions for groups of over 15 people)
- Group training (10-12 people in sessions ranging from 3 to 8 hours)
